Tony
Director & The Mortgage Maestro
Tony, our Director set up The Mortgage Maestro in June 2021.
He’s been in the mortgage business for over 28 years (he would say “he knows he doesn’t look old enough”) working amongst other companies including Halifax/Lloyds Banking Group and various Estate Agents as a Mortgage Adviser. He also ran a Financial Services Company for the previous 5 years and endeavours to give REAL, HONEST AND DOWN TO EARTH advice and enjoys looking after his ‘clients for life’
Being born and bred in the Bradford District – he has 5 children (1 grown up) and a Westie dog called Charlie. In his distant past he liked a game of Football and also still enjoys playing Tennis for a local club, he likes watching his beloved Bradford Bulls as well as Leeds United when he gets a chance.
His plan is to get back on his bike and start trying to get somewhat fitter and taking Charlie on regular walks as well as taking Golf back up from many moons ago……….
Paul
Mortgage & Protection Specialist
Paul is a Mortgage and Protection specialist with an abundance of knowledge and experience having worked in financial services for 18 years. Paul prides himself on building long lasting relationships by providing open and honest advice and exceeding customer expectations.
A local lad, Paul currently lives in Haworth with his girlfriend Amy and beautiful son Luca. Just like the rest of us at The Mortgage Maestro team, Paul is a dog lover and has a fur baby called Bella who is a rescue staffy. Outside of work Paul enjoys spending time with friends and family, keeping fit at the gym and eating out at nice restaurants.

Maria
Assistant Director
Mortgage and Protection Specialist Support
Maria officially started work with The Mortgage Maestro after leaving her position with Bradford Council where she had been employed as a Social Worker for over 18 years in November 2022. However, Maria has been working behind the scenes from the beginning and is Tony's wife.
Since November 2022 Maria is now a regular in The Mortgage Maestro office continuing to work on all aspects of keeping the office running and ensuring staff have all they need to support and work with our clients, Office health and safety, HR and training, first aider, social media and marketing, customer service, ensuring all paperwork meets compliance, insurance and protection. Maria has completed her Ce MAP qualification in December 2023 and is now a qualified mortgage advisor and is looking forward to helping customers purchasing their new homes, re-mortgage's and ensuring you have appropriate protection in place.
Outside of work most of her time is watching her children play football or rugby and walking the beloved ‘Westie’ Charlie. Maria also enjoys catching up with friends over good food, coffee or even a gin or two.
Lilly
Custodian
Lilly is the youngest member of The Mortgage Maestro Team and the daughter of Maria and Tony and is currently attending college after successfully completing her GCSE’s.
Lilly aspires to be a fire fighter following her studies. Lilly enjoys playing rugby and currently plays for 3 teams. Halifax Panthers Academy for college, Illingworth Ladies team as well as Huddersfield Giants Women’s Under 19’s team. In her free time when Lilly is not found in the Gym or at Rugby training, Lilly likes binge watching TV and seeing her friends.
Lilly is responsible for ensuring that all of The Mortgage Maestro building is kept clean and tidy and welcoming for our clients.
Georgina
Mortgage and Protection Specialist Support
Georgina joined the Mortgage Maestro Team in January 2024 after a career change from teaching.
Although new to the industry, she has listened to her husband Ben (a Maestro broker) talk about mortgages for the past 5 years and has been a regular in the office. Her role will be to assist with back office administration to allow Ben to have more time with his clients.
When Georgina isn’t busy helping Ben she can be found exploring new places with their 1 year old daughter, Penelope. When she can find a babysitter she enjoys trying out new restaurants and breaking out of escape rooms.
